Orders for delivery to UK


STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch within 48 hours. Delivery should normally take no longer than 5-10 working days. If for any reason, we envisage a delay, we will contact you to explain the situation.

NON-STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the earliest possible delivery time. From dispatch, delivery should normally take no longer than 48 hours.


Orders for delivery to EU

STOCK ITEMS - Same as above, except delivery should normally take no longer than 5-10 working days (Standard Service). If for any reason, we envisage a delay, we will contact you to explain the situation. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade to a 48-hour service.

NON-STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the earliest possible delivery time. From dispatch, delivery should normally take no longer than 5-10 working days.

Orders for delivery to outside the EU: We reserve the right to revise shipping costs if you are ordering heavy or bulky items, and will contact you before despatch if this applies to your order.

N.B. In every instance we will only take payment for goods you have ordered at the point of dispatch.
