Orders for delivery to UK


STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are in stock, we will endeavour to dispatch goods as soon as possible. If for any reason, you have no received your goods please email or ring our Customer Services dept.

NON-STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the earliest possible delivery time. From dispatch.


Orders for delivery to EU

STOCK ITEMS - Same as above. If for any reason, we envisage a delay, we will contact you to explain the situation. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade to a 48-hour service.

NON-STOCK ITEMS - If the goods you have ordered are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to let you know the earliest possible delivery time.

Orders for delivery to outside the EU: We reserve the right to revise shipping costs if you are ordering heavy or bulky items, and will contact you before despatch if this applies to your order.

N.B. In every instance we will only take payment for goods you have ordered at the point of dispatch.
